Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

UK shipping:

We offer free Standard shipping to the UK. You can select a faster delivery method for a fee at checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Europe shipping:

We offer shipping across Europe. Depending on the your location, the shipping fee will vary, this will be calculated at checkout. Our EU costumers typically receive their order within 5 working days, but please note it may take longer depending on your location. 

- Shipping is free for orders over £50.

Please note: customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties associated with their orders. We recommend our customers to check the potential charges before placing an order.

USA shipping:

We offer shipping to the USA. Delivery aim is 6-7 working days. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout. 

Orders shipped to the USA already include import duties and fees in our shipping fee. 

Important Information:

  • For European customers: We ship orders to Europe under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are beyond our control. Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, Bellalua is not responsible for these delays.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for lost packages due to incorrect address details. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
